Framework agreement for the procurement of Microsoft BMI Select Plus licenses.
The subject of this procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement with a contractor for the provision of all Microsoft BMI available in the specified categories within the scope of the contract term Select Plus licenses, possibly with software assurance (hereinafter referred to as MS BMI Select Plus licenses) and corresponding services (hereinafter collectively: services). Licensing is carried out directly by the manufacturer Microsoft on the basis of the terms and conditions agreements between the Federal Republic of Germany, represented by the Federal Ministry of the Interior (BMI), and Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited (Microsoft) have concluded: - Shell contract business and service agreement - Microsoft BMI Select Plus contract, price basis level D.
