In the south of Passau, the new building of the Federal Police Inspection Passau. This is what the property of the Bundeswehr's former military training area (former Bundeswehr site P9, Passau, Haidenhof district, fl. No. 549/168) with approx. 22,300 m2. The property was used by the city of Passau as a rubble and material warehouse. The evacuation and dismantling are currently being carried out. The property is acquired in IV/2025.
