• Dismantling and shell construction The sanitary installations from 1984 are outdated and need to be replaced. If there is corrosion in the water pipes, they must also be replaced. By optimizing the floor plan of all toilets and implementing a new barrier-free toilet in compliance with the requirements In accordance with DIN 18040, both the rainwater downpipes and the dirty water pipes in the conversion areas of line 1 and line 2 will be completely replaced. The sanitary facilities will be completely renovated, including fittings, water tanks and accessories. All shafts are used to rehabilitate the lines structurally open. Floor drains in the existing building (men's toilets) will be dismantled. The screed will largely be dismantled (see tender documents) and renewed to the level of the new tiles.
