• Description:
• The boiler should be cleaned once a year, preferably in August / September. In the future, TVS intends to extend the travel time to 18 months. In these cases, the shutdowns will take place in April/May or October/November take place. The scope of services includes the required construction site equipment, clearing the fire grate and the discharge unit (screw) 2nd/3rd boiler pass, the SA 1.5 to 2.0 blasting of cladding surfaces from the 1st to 3rd boiler pass and the Refractory linings in the 1st boiler pass, SA 1.5 to 2.0 jets of the 2nd boiler pass and the superheater (including mechanical pre-cleaning) and blow-off or, if necessary, SA 1.5 jets of the Eco. An uncontaminated material is suitable as a blasting agent (melting chamber slag granules). The blasting material and the mechanically separated slags must be placed in big bags. The required number of big bags must be provided by the contractor. The sampling and proper disposal of the The client (AG) is responsible for the blasting material and slag and is at the expense of TVS. It should be noted that if the suction pull of the TVS fails, the contractor (contractor) must provide a dedusting system (suction power: 40,000 m³/h) to carry out the cleaning work to continue unhindered.
