SBH | Schulbau Hamburg, as the state company of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (called SBH below), has the task of planning, building and managing the school properties, taking into account school issues according to economic principles, and the more than 400 Schools to the authority for school and vocational training (BSB). --------------- at the Bondenwald 14b location is planned for a replacement building of a 2-field hall. The hall is designed as a solid building with a wooden roof structure and a ventilated wooden facade with wood-aluminum windows. ---------------- Here: Extended shell --------------------------- Breastfeeding work (reinforced concrete): Execution of reinforced concrete work with approx. 1,200 sqm sole plate and strip foundations, approx. 260sqm ceiling plate, approx. 200 square meters of wall surfaces as well as reinforced concrete supports and bumper; Breastfeeding work (masonry): execution of masonry work with approx. 1,200sqm lime sandstone masonry; Carpenter work: execution of a roof structure with layer binders and Trapezoidal sheet (main roof, approx. 840sqm) or design full wood savings and wood-based material panels ((secondary wing, approx. 260sqm);
