Architects and project control services
The ZFP Suedwuerttemberg intends to convert aExisting hospital building at the Stuttgart - Bad Cannstatt location for a forensic clinic building (intellectual enforcement) according to its own usage requirements. The existing building is to be classified as a special building in building class 5 and in the future should be three separate, partly closed, partly closed,Contain treatment stations with 24 places in double and single room occupancy. In addition, further space for residential groups, (work) therapy areas, outpatient and semi-inpatient treatment options, as well as corresponding side and technical areas are to be redesigned.
TheConstruction volume to be processed consists of two directly connected buildings, one of which is to be converted completely and the other only in the attic, according to the usage profile mentioned. The gross floor area (BGF) for this is approx. 9,500 m2. The client keepsto renovate or rebuild the other, remaining floors of the second building.
