Description:
The Leverkusen Immobiliengesellschaft mbH (Levi) was commissioned to develop the station quarters at the ZOB and train station in Leverkusen Wiesdorf. According to §§ 53 ff. HOAI with the necessary at layer groups for the new buildings at the station quarters including the bicycle parking garage, the station building and the associated outdoor areas including the station forecourt.
With electricity, warmth, cold, telecommunications and water etc. - Founding out infrastructural synergies for the development of the neighborhood - Development of a sustainable future -oriented strategy of technical supply and disposal of new buildings - preparation for a smart, digitally networked Infrastructure - Determination and Documentation of the Technical Centions and the Busy Previous Reception of all the necessary TGA components, including all necessary coordination and documentation with local utilities etc. - variant comparison with preliminary and Disadvantage analysis The performance view for technical equipment is based on the basic services of the HOAI. The planning services should take place gradually.
