Description:
A science park and innovative commercial area with approx. 52 ha of area are currently being built on the area of the former broadcast on the outskirts of Juelich and the immediate vicinity of the FH Aachen campus (hereinafter: "Brainergy Park Juelich").
The AG has the task of the properties in Brainergy park to supply heat, cold and energy services. The planning and construction of a technology center are required for this.
The subject of this procurement procedure is all construction measures for the energy center, which is based on the creation of all timber construction elements regarding the Track (supports, binders, load -bearing wall constructions, ceiling porters) and the expansion work (non -load -bearing wall constructions in timber construction, wall cladding in timber construction, ceiling cladding in wooden construction, interior doors made of wood).
