- A science park and innovative industrial area with around 52 ha of area are currently being built on the area of the former broadcast on the outskirts of Juelich and the immediate vicinity of the FH Aachen campus (hereinafter: "Brainergy Park Juelich"). The AG has the task of the properties in Brainergy park to supply heat, cold and energy services. The AG plans the construction of an energy center. The energy supply (heat/cold) of the low-exergy network (LE network) in the brainergy park is said to be realized. The billing for the properties is based on the measurements recorded by the heat and cold meters. The framework contract does not provide for any minimum acceptance of points; The same applies to a subsequent increase in the number of meters.
