Description:
A science park and innovative industrial area with around 52 ha of area are currently being built on the area of the former broadcast on the outskirts of Juelich and the immediate vicinity of the FH Aachen campus (hereinafter: "Brainergy Park Juelich"). The AG has the task of the properties inTo supply brainergy park with heat. The buildings are to be supplied with heat via an almost CO₂-neutral district heating system. This water-filled lowex network is operated by a central energy center that ensures heat in summer and in winter. The warmth becomes decentralizedprovided by heat pump systems that are housed in containers. The subject of this procurement procedure is the provision of services for building clearance, including the terrain modeling, the backfilling of existing shaft structures, the basic expansion of traffic areas andConstruction roads, the production of supply trenches for electricity, heat, empty pipe systems etc. as well as the construction of plate foundations and stand areas with double floor for walk-in stations of energy supply (such as transformers and medium-voltage transfer stations).
