SBH | School Construction Hamburg, as the state company of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (hereinafter referred to as SBH), has the task of planning, building, maintaining the school properties according to economic principles, taking school interests into account to manage and rent the more than 400 schools to the Authority for Schools and Vocational Training (BSB). -------------------- As part of the expansion of the Carl Götze School location, a double sports hall with a daycare center will be added. The gross floor area of the building is approximately 2,216 m². The sports hall is planned in accordance with DIN standards and is therefore suitable for competitions. A small gallery for spectators is arranged above the adjoining rooms. The western part of the building contains two floors of expansion space for the adjacent one Daycare. The school property is characterized by the trees. The delivery and construction site address takes place via Brödermannsweg 2 in the area of the sports hall or the fire department access, thus the southern part of the school property. The new building is constructed using solid construction. The floor ceilings and parts of the walls are made of reinforced concrete. Additional load-bearing walls are constructed from masonry or reinforced concrete. The hall roof will have a steel supporting structure.
