Description:
The currently empty former depot building of the winter service of the LHH is being converted into a daily stay for the homeless ("Mecki 2.0") and the emergency sleep center for the homeless. The fully basement 3-storey building with gross base area approx. 300 m2 was in the 1960s in Stammer concrete skeleton construction built. The building is being renovated, the facades are insulated, and an additional 3rd upper floor in wooden construction is planned. Breast construction work: foundation extensions, approx. 12.5m³ demolition masonry approx. 30 m³. Demolition of cassette ceilings approx. 170 m2 and new creation STB.-ceiling approx. 170m2. Refurbishment of reinforced concrete components damaged by chlorides approx. 30m2. Spray plaster as a replacement for inadequate concrete covering approx. 175 m2. Expansion staircase: 3 staircases each 17-18 stg. With the associated opaque bumps and underpinning made of profile steel. Walls made of reinforced concrete of different thicknesses approx. 145 m2. Reinforcement connections New to existing existing existence existed. Drilling / gluing approx. 2100 pieces. Walls made of masonry of different design and thickness approx. 135 m2.
