- SBH | Schulbau Hamburg, as the state company of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (called SBH below), has the task of planning, building and managing the school properties, taking into account school issues according to economic principles, and the more than 400 Schools to the authority for school and vocational training (BSB).
The BGF of the building is approximately 2,216 m2. The sports hall is planned in a manner and is therefore suitable for competition. A small gallery for spectators is arranged over the adjoining rooms. The western part of the building contains expansion areas for the adjacent daycare center on two floors.
The tree population is location -defining for the school property. The delivery and construction site address take place via the street Broedermannsweg 2 in the area of the sports hall or the fire brigade access, thus the southern part of the school property.
The floor ceilings and parts of the walls are made from reinforced concrete. Other load -bearing walls are made of masonry or reinforced concrete built. The hall roof receives a steel application constellation.
The facade is planned as a two -shell brick frame facade in parts with straps.
