- SBH | As a state company of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (hereinafter referred to as SBH), Schulbau Hamburg has the task of planning, building, maintaining and managing the school properties according to economic principles, taking school interests into account, and the more than 400 Schools to be rented to the Authority for Schools and Vocational Training (BSB). -------------------- As part of the expansion of the Carl Goetze School location, a double sports hall with a daycare center will be added. The building's gross floor area is approximately 2,216 m2. The sports hall is planned according to DIN standards and therefore suitable for competition. A small gallery for spectators is arranged above the adjoining rooms. The western part of the building contains two floors of expansion space for the adjacent daycare center. The school property is characterized by the trees. Delivery and construction site address takes place via the street Broedermannsweg 2 in the area of the sports hall and the fire department access, thus the southern part of the school property. The new building will be constructed using solid construction. The floor ceilings and parts of the walls are made of reinforced concrete. Other load-bearing walls are made of masonry or Reinforced concrete built. The hall roof will have a steel supporting structure. The facade is planned as a double-shell brick veneer facade in parts with straps. -------------------- Here: Shell construction -------------------- 400 m3 of excavated soil, 150 m of underground pipes, 1050 m3 of concrete, 3,500 m2 of formwork, 160 tons Reinforcement, 1050 m2 of masonry, 900.00 m2 of facing masonry, 1,150.00 m2 of trapezoidal sheet metal, 77 tons of profile steel for the hall roof construction.
