Description:
In the course of a feasibility study, a general renovation of the building of the workshops (year of construction: 1960 - 1981) and a replacement building of future practice rooms was examined. With the conclusion of the study, due to the inventory assessment, an economic general renovation due to considerableDefects in fire protection, lack of accessibility, defective energy efficiency, building damage in the structure and the future required space requirements are excluded, which is why a replacement new building in the east of the existing school area should be realized here.
The implementation of the construction measure shouldare implemented using several construction phases during the ongoing school operations. A new usage area (Nuf 1 - 6) of 7,593 m2 is to be created here in the practical areas of wood, construction, metal and vehicle. Currently the new building also includes a canteen (ground and upper floor) as wellA teacher room (upper floor) and therefore concludes with a gross floor area of 10,425 m2. The new building for the areas of wood, construction, metal, mono, cafeteria and teacher is to be created in two floors. The vehicle area is only planned on the ground floor.
