- As part of this project, the facade of component 1 of a building complex built in the late 1960s is to be fundamentally renovated. The component consists of a two-story base building and a nine-story building on top High-rise building. So far only part of the upper floors has been modernized; The rest of the building shell is in its original condition and is in need of renovation. The windows on the lower floors are leaky and do not provide sufficient thermal insulation.
