renewal of the MSR systems in a 4-story teaching building: Building automation: This includes two lecture halls and a theater room as well as some rooms used for crafts. The ones to builde MSR system should be connected to a central control system (GLT) for information technology. The associated TGA must be automated. The building automation (GA) regulates and controls according to the technological specifications and communicates setpoints or reference variables to self-sufficient substationsand the higher-level BMS.
