Builder's liability insurance for the early cleanup of the Gasteig - Part 1: Basic cover management insurance The Gasteig is the large, centrally located cultural and educational center in Munich. With around 1.8 million visitors and more than With 1,800 events per year, it is the largest cultural center in Germany. After more than 30 years of intensive use, the building is due for a general renovation. The building will be remedied for pollutants in 2027-2028 erfolgen.Die Münchner Raumordnungsgesellschaft mbH (MRG) als Auftraggeberin (AG) beabsichtigt die bedarfsgerechte Versicherung während der vorgezogenen Schadstoffsanierung / des Rückbaus des Gasteigs im Rahmen einer Bauherrenhaftpflichtversicherung. The Procurement of the builder's liability insurance takes place in four parts: In the first part advertised here, the lead insurer for the basic cover of the builder's liability insurance is first identified and commissioned. In this procedure the contract for basic coverage is negotiated. A so-called negotiation procedure with participation competition will be carried out in accordance with Sections 14 Paragraph 3 No. 3 VgV and 17 VgV. (2) In a second procedure, the investment insurer(s) will be identified the basic coverage. In a third part, the lead insurer for the excess insurance is then identified and commissioned.
