Description:
Building advice in the area of sustainability coordination according to BNB/QNG, performance phases 1-9 for the construction of a 5-quickly secondary school, a 3-fold sports hall, a house for children with 2 creche groups and 2 kindergarten groups, a service for the technical property management, one Underground car park and free sports areas on Forstenrieder Allee 256, 81476 Munich.
At the time of the tender (current planning status), the project consists of the following components:
1. New construction of a 5-day junior high school with THV service apartment and free sports areas
2. New construction of a trimming sports hall with Club sports and grandstands as well as an underground car park
3. Expansion and conversion of a listed villa into a house for children (2-2-0)
The following areas can be assumed:
BGF: Realschule = 13,834.00 m2, sports hall = 5,823.20 m2, HfK = 1,366.10 m2
BRI: Realschule = 54,652.76 m³, Sports hall = 32,300.19 m³, HFK = 4,520.93 m³
The project was started in May 2024 with the service phase 1 in accordance with the HOAI.
In the area of the cafeteria and/or auditorium a meeting place. The monument "Forstenrieder Allee 250", consisting of a single -storey country house (currently used as a residential building) and a goal system, is on the property and must be taken into account when planning.
