- As part of the new building of the daycare center with a doctor's office in witness, the building automation trade is advertised. The type and scope of the services: Setting up a building automation system soft and hardware with monitoring functions including all necessary licenses. Construction, installation and commissioning of the overall system and the necessary network technology according to the IT guidelines BSI/CRITIS. Structure 1 new focus of automation for the trades, heating and cold. Communication via BACNET IP according to the AMEV 2017. Migration of the self-sufficient RLT systems, 26 fire protection flaps and 2 smoke detectors (BACNET IP). Migration of 2 heat pumps via Modbus RTU. Construction of 1 switchgear with 2 switching areas including halogen -free cabling with route construction. Program position, connection of the systems and complete commissioning. Creation of 10 system graphics images, 30 trend data for energy monitoring. A total of approximately 270 communicative and physical data points of the RLT, HZG, KAE investments are processed. Delivery and assembly of field devices.
