- Building automation The building will be renovated in sections in the area of technical building equipment as part of several construction projects in 2026 and 2027/2028. The focus is on setting up a new GA system and gradually activating it Systems as part of the measures for the operational systems of the heating, ventilation, cooling and sanitary trades. An air conditioning system is planned for the toilet areas on the 7th floor to the ground floor, which will be connected to a new automation center (ASP) on the 7th floor. All Fire dampers in the supply area must be connected to the new ASP. For this purpose, decentralized I/O modules with BACnet MSTP are used in order to keep the cabling effort low and to keep the new ASP small. The adjustments in the heating system must be retrofitted/added to the ASP built by Kieback & Peter in the 2025 measure. This primarily includes pre-regulation of the district heating to supply the air conditioning system in the auditorium. For replacing the heating circuit distributor The field devices must be dismantled and reassembled and put into operation after completion. All renewals must be updated and supplemented accordingly in Kieback & Peter's Quanteon MBE system The service list of the Building automation includes: - Dismantling and reassembling the field devices of the existing heating circuit distributor, which is being replaced, - Tracking control of the heating circuit FW transfer with field devices, control cabinet components...
