- The Charite - University Medical Center Berlin, Campus Benjamin Franklin (CBF), Hindenburgdamm 30, 12203 Berlin, Building 5011, 2. UG, Friede Springer - Cardiovascular Prevention Center Charite (FS -CPC) signs out building automation. A new RLT system is being built. A cold distribution network becomes Supply of MRI/CT cooling as well as room cooling. The new DDC system is switched on and visualized to the building owner glob via BACNET/SC. Space air-technical systems It is a new ventilation system (RLT01) with an additional/exhaust air device and PWT-WRG MSR-SEE:-Control AU/ FO flaps - Temperature control Cascade WRG/ Cooler - Frost Protection heater - Control valve and pump heater - Control valve cooler - control valve control valve heating - supply air temperature control - fan control - fan control exhaust air - sewer pressure control Addition and exhaust air - time control - filter monitoring - smoke detector monitoring - Fire protection control continued to use a zone control moist and 2 needed room air controls according to temperature and moisture for the rooms/areas: - MRI - CT room cooling.
