Description:
Building automation - DIN 18386

1. General description:
The building automation for the new building of the school and gym includes the central control of the heating and ventilation systems. The regulation takes place via the air quality, while the systems meet the requirements of GEG 2024. TheSafety standard BACNET/SC is used to ensure safe communication.

2. Individual space control:
Central setpower adjustment for all rooms and the gym.
Individual adaptation of the room temperature possible.

3. Ventilation systems:
mechanical ventilation with heat recovery,Timetically.

4. Building automation system:
Open system with BACNET/SC for safe, encrypted communication.
Central control and monitoring of all heating and ventilation systems via GLT.

5. Energy efficiency:
Optimized regulation for minimizing the primary energy requirement according to the opposite 2024.

6.Standards and security:
Implementation according to DIN EN 15232 and GEG 2024.
Data security and protection by BACNET/SC.

7. Documentation and training:
Technical documentation and training of the staff for safe and efficient system use.
