- The subject of the service advertised by the client is the maintenance cleaning of 28 properties with an annual cleaning area of approximately 1 million square meters. The tender contains one lot. The size of the cleaning areas and the cleaning intervals result from the individual room calculation and the explanations in the list of services. The cleaning work must be carried out by professional, trained and reliable cleaning staff in accordance with the client's list of services and service description. If it is necessary for the client for objective reasons, in particular because of a sustainable one If it is not reasonable to allow certain employees to work in one's own premises if the relationship of trust is breached, the client can refuse to provide services to these people. The contractor will then commission other members of his company.
