Description:
The Free State of Bavaria, represented by the Bavarian State Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Forestry, intends to re-award maintenance cleaning with conference service (Los 1) as well as glass and frame cleaning (lot 2) for your building at Ludwigstraße 2 and 15 in 85039 Munich . The intended contract term, starting from May 2023, is 4 years with an extension option by another year. The use of three daily forces is planned, which, in addition to regular cleaning activities, should also take over part of the conference service. The maintenance cleaning also includes deep hygiene measures (basic/intensive cleaning of sanitary facilities) and various special work. Due to the special features on site, the client is looking for particularly reliable and expert companies and places special requirements for the suitability!
