Maintenance, basic and special cleaning as well as glass cleaning
Building cleaning - building of the TU Dresden, south of Noethnitzer Strasse and Bergstrasse
The tender takes place under the conditions of a malus system (see "Quality assurance with Malus system" and "Other special contractual terms Malus system and accounting "in the procurement documents). The scope of services includes maintenance, basic cleaning and glass cleaning in buildings of the Technical University of Dresden.
The amount of the service to be awarded (cleaning surfaces m2/year) is up:
• Maintenance cleaning 4.214,498.90 m2
• Maintenance cleaning holidays 367,935.51m2
• Glass cleaning including frame (1x a year) 44,499.23 m2
• Basic cleaning (1x a year) 17,713.39 m2
• Basic cleaning (as required) 48,874.32 m2
The place of performance for the services to be provided is the Dresden city area, in the core area of the TU Dresden. The following buildings of the TU Dresden are:
