Cleaning services with maintenance and basic cleaning in the following objects:

Assewind Wittmar daycare center
The square meters (object area and annual cleaning area) can be found in the attached calculation file.
The services are in accordance with the service description (specification, regular and procedure) in terms of material and professional, accordingly to provide the general recognized rules of the building cleaning trade.
The contractor has before submitting an offer in the property on the nature of the soils and sanitary facilities as well as the local conditions, also with regard to the existing water connections, to inform the filling, emptying and storage options for cleaning machines and the location and size of the cleaning chambers. All objects belong to the velvet community of Elm-As.
