Maintenance and daily cleaning in the objects of the Berlin Central and State Library, this includes: 1. America Memorial Library (AGB), main building with 5 upper floors: net room area 8,589 m2, of which public rooms are 2,888 m2 and the PopUp extension as the ground floor: approx. 950 m2 of net room area, of which public area is 850 m2 2. Berlin City Library (BStB), 8 buildings with a maximum of 5 upper floors: net room area of 26,265 m2, of which public rooms are 3,611 m2 // On the subject of Services also include on-demand services such as basic and special cleaning.
