Description:
The subject of the tender is the maintenance cleaning of the Gruental primary school with school buildings, cafeteria and gym (3 individually standing buildings on the school premises). The regular maintenance cleaning includes corridors, stairwells, sanitary rooms, classrooms, teaching material and Storage rooms, staff rooms, lounge and traffic areas, foyer, dining room, school workshop, changing rooms, equipment room, field (gym). The school building has 4 floors with a floor area of approx. 400m2 per floor to be cleaned. The cafeteria is at ground level with a floor space to be cleaned from approx. 234m2. The gym is at ground level with a floor area of 477 m2 to be cleaned. The cleaning performance must be carried out in the afternoon and evening hours. All machines, devices, cleaning and care products required for the cleaning services and can be used by the contractor to place. A cleaning contract is concluded over the festive term of 2 years, which is then extended for an indefinite period if it is not terminated. The start of the contract/performance is advised for 01.11.2025.
