Building construction services for the Knappenstrasse comprehensive school in Oberhausen
The SBO service companies Oberhausen (hereinafter: "the client") intends to commission the new construction of the 6-class comprehensive school Knappenstrasse in Oberhausen. The comprehensive school is being built for 1,344 students (SuS) on Knappenstrasse in Alt-Oberhausen. The new building is intended to create a neighborhood in the district contribute to identification. The property has a large population of trees, the majority of which should be preserved. The development in the area is heterogeneous; along Knappenstrasse it is essentially characterized by multi-story apartment buildings. The comprehensive school consists of four components: Component 1 with foyer, auditorium and cafeteria on the ground floor.
