Description:
1. General description
The building fabric cion on the Schlusen Dausenau and Nassau an der Lahn takes place in the run -up to a planned replacement new building of the military facilities. The aim is to determine the current structural state of the existing lock structures in order to evaluate their load -bearing capacity and suitability for reinforcement measures. The buildings date from 1923-1928 and are exposed to changed loads due to the planned dust removal.
2. Type of construction work
The construction work includes destructive and destructive test methods for examining the building fabric as well as accompanying static calculations and analyzes. The work takes place taking into account the existing water control and operating conditions of the locks.
