Description:
In order to meet the legal requirements and the responsibility of the operator, a qualified architecture and engineering office or a qualified engineering office for the building inspection according to DIN 1076 and VDI 6200 should be contractually bound for a period until December 31, 2028 from the awardn.
The subject of this tender is the structural inspection of all test-relevant components
of the entire building complex of the former Tempelhof Airport in accordance with the
mentioned guidelines (divided into 138 structures and structural parts). Herein are those already subject to
an examinationbuildings included. The additional buildings include
in particular high-rise buildings, which according to VDI 6200 are assigned to damage classes CC1 - CC2, as well as sewer systems, which are to be checked in accordance with DIN 1076.
