Building insurance
The municipality Kuerten intends to award building and content insurance for the period from 01.01.2026 to 31.12.2028 for 41 different insurance objects. For various objects, we have listed the note "including photovoltaic systems". The municipality of Kuerten has agreed with an energy supply company a contract for the use of roof areas for the commissioning of photovoltaic systems. For this, the energy supply company has a business liability insurance taken out. The photovoltaic systems would therefore have to be taken into account in their calculation within the framework of fire building insurance. In addition, the municipality is currently renovating the comprehensive school and the associated multi -purpose hall in Olpener Strasse 4. The multi -purpose hall is currently being renovated. When this renovation is completed (approx. 2027), the renovation of the comprehensive school begins. These two objects must be taken into account separately in the price sheets.
