Support for the building industry of the city of Cologne to protect the operator obligations, establish a legally secure organization in the electrical area (ROE) and implement a VEFK.
Building a legal organization in the electrical area and takeover business responsibility in the electrical area
The Building industry of the city of Cologne (in the following AG) intends to externally award the structure of a legally secure organization in the electrical area (ROE) and the assumption of responsibility for entrepreneurship within the meaning of technical security for electrical systems as (external) overall managers Electrical specialist for around 620 properties in the special fund of the AG.
The necessary measures of the ROE were compiled on the basis of a survey and are included as a scope of services - after assigning the order.
Before the start of regular activities is in the first year of the contract the creation of a legally secure organization in the electro -whitening (ROE) in the foreground before a complete inventory of the electrical systems must be carried out (start of the first documented inspections of individual properties, after prioritization in the first year of the contract).
Defects are to be documented and priorities for their removal.
At the end of the contract term, the aim is to have specified the ROE/ structure within the AG to the extent that it is possible to take over with its own staff.
