- Description:
- Various modernization and repair measures are carried out in the aforementioned buildings. All apartments in the building are opened before the work is carried out, the tenants are implemented. To the overall understanding of the upcoming construction measures, please:A pollutant renovation of the bathrooms, kitchens and floors in the apartments. Ventilation: As part of the bathroom renovation, the existing exhaust air systems are dismantled and a new exhaust system is installed in F90 quality. New fans are installed on the roof. The apartments receive in the bathroomsand kitchens required wall continued air machines. Sanitary: Water supply/Wastewater disposal The following sanitary installation work is carried out: The dirt and rainwater pipes in the building are completely renewed (including house connection). The cold water feeding and basement distribution linesare completely renewed. The rods of the cold water and the dirty water are in the shafts. Cold water distribution success with two pressure levels. (Pressure increase system and with BWB supply pressure). The kitchen connection is renewed so that a stand battery with under the tablecan be connected to the corner valves. The hot water supply takes place in the baths and adjacent kitchens with a instantaneous water heater. The separate kitchens are supplied by subtic storage. Heating: The radiators in the bathrooms are replaced by towel radiators.It is planned to renew the heating strands. Electrical: meter system is renewed per house and centralized in the existing drying room. New climbers are led centrally in a promoted shaft in the stairwell and then laid to the apartments in a fire protection channel. Sub -distributorsare renewed and upgraded with overvoltage protection, FI switches. Bathroom installation and kitchen are renewed after strand renovation measures.
