The new building for the research building "Center for Embodied Laboratory Intelligence" (ELI) should be on the university and research campus Garching of the Technical University of Munich (TUM), expansion area West. The ELI of the TUM pursues the goal of the process of generation of knowledge in experimental laboratory sciences using the example of nano and micromaschinen using intelligent and cooperative multiscal robotics to revolutionize. At the science location of Germany with the Eli, a previously missing and globally visible research center for embodied laboratory intelligence is to be established. The use should be used in a three -storey building plus a reduced ventilation center are implemented on the roof and a complete substructure with a technical floor (founding sole approx. - 5.75 m). A research building is to be created that offers an open, clearly structured and long -term flexible basic structure. On the roof and Facade areas can be realized photovoltaic and vegetation areas.
