Description:
The subject of this procedure is the award of planning services for the renovation and conversion of the listed cultural center Frankentalstrasse 3 in Stolberg. The contractor is commissioned to provide the basic building physics services (thermal insulation, building acoustics and room acoustics) in accordance with Appendix 1, HOAI 2021 (service phases 1 to 7) as well as the agreed special services (e.g. random checks in LPH 8) to be provided in connection with renovation. The aim is an integrated performance of the specialist discipline into the overall planning for successful restoration and modernization and sustainable reorganization of the building complex as well as flood protection measures.
Building physics advice for the renovation of the cultural center in the copper town of Stolberg (Rhld.)
The subject of the tender is the gradual commissioning of basic building physics services (thermal insulation, Building acoustics and room acoustics) in accordance with Appendix 1, HOAI 2021 as well as special services. The services include LPH 1 to 3 in the first stage and LPH 4 to 8 in the second stage. During the fulfillment of the contract, special services will be processed in an appropriate depth in accordance with the Performance phases expected.
