Description:
The subject of this preliminary information is market consultations in accordance with Section 2 of the EU (7) sentence 1 VOB/A to inform the entrepreneurs about the plans for the allocation of an order.
The order is the construction project Bauhof Passau.
The WSA Donau MDK is planning a new building of the Bauhof company building Passau. The building yard in Passau is responsible for the entertainment and repair of the electrical and machine systems and facilities on the Danube and the Main-Donau Canal as well as the water vehicles of the office.
It is planned that the private law contractors in addition to planning and Construction work should also be carried out in the usage phase selected services from the field of technical building management for the WSA. The properties for the construction work are provided by the WSA.
The area requirement is approximately 8,570 sqm on: (i) administration (office space and Social rooms): approx. 1,350 sqm, (i) workshops: approx. 3,480 sqm (III) magazine and storage rooms: approx. 2,860 sqm and (IV) ship hall: approx. 880 sqm. In the course of the design planning, it must also be checked which technology for the transport of the ships from water to land (and back) according to the Conditions is the most functional and economical.
