Stadtwerke Ditzingen GmbH & Co. KG (hereinafter "SWD" or "client") are a municipal supply company based in Ditzingen, Baden-Wuerttemberg. As one of the youngest full city works in Germany, the SWD will take care of industry, business and private households Electricity, gas, heat and water as well as the operation of the sewage system and street lighting. The SWD are active in the area of heat supply (§ 102 GWB) in accordance with Section 100 GWB. The city of Ditzingen is located in the state of Baden-Wuerttemberg, borders on the northwest of Stuttgart and has around 25,000 inhabitants. In the northeast of the city, the new construction area "Whether the Korntaler Weg" is currently being built. The area comprises an area of approx. 8.6 ha and will develop from an agricultural area into a quartier, which is predominantly characterized by living. Approximately planned are approx. 146 residential units in individual houses and compacted individual houses as well as 154 residential units in storey apartment construction. The neighborhood is supplemented by a childcare care facility. As part of its local services, the SWD is planning to have an innovative and future -proof in this area To build and operate the heat network.
