Buildings and interiors
On the basis of a closing ground in the German BundestagThe DLR institutes for electrified aviation drives (EL) and for low-CO2 industrial processes (Tue) were founded in Cottbus. The DLR intends that new buildings for these two institutes on a 11,000 m2 part of the development plan area W/40/116 of the city of Cottbus north of the campusto build the Technical University of Cottbus-Senftenberg. Both institutes are intended to include a jointly used conference building and a test hall in a closed structural context, but while maintaining the respective usage -related building -related independencebe manufactured. A comprehensive determination of needs and basic determination is available (see systems on the contractual terms). The BGF of the complex includesA total of approx. 9,400m2 for around 150 office workstations, 4 laboratories, workshops, the test hall and a 200m2 conference room. There is a differentiated determination of the budget; It is 300-600 EUR 300-600 million (net).
