Description:
Expansion, renovation and modernization of the BUND Environment House Neustadter Bay. In this procedure, the client intends to award the construction work for the gutting work for the structural implementation of the BUND-Umwelthaus. The subject of the EU-wide award procedure is the creation an offer based on the attached list of services.

It is the advertised Services around the existing building, i.e. the old building of the environmental house (2nd construction phase). The services advertised here essentially include: - Cancel 535 m2 of wall plaster (outer walls, inside walls, basement walls) - Cancel 105 m2 of interior walls, lightweight concrete - 75 m2 walls, masonry - 110 m2 ceiling plaster with formwork - Cancel 120 m2 ceiling lifts - Remove 60 m2 covering - Remove 65 m2 of screed - 2 Canceling staircase systems is planned for the 27.11.2025. Completion is planned for 08.01.2026. The duration of the work is about 4 calendar weeks excl. 2 weeks of vacation time over the turn of the year. The announcement of the tender is on July 31, 2025.
