Description:
Expansion, renovation and modernization of the BUND Environment House Neustadter Bay. In this procedure, the client intends to award the construction work for building automation work (1. and 2nd BA) for the structural implementation of the Bund environmental house. Subject of the EU-wide award procedure is the creation of offers for two lots based on the attached list of services.

The advertised services are the, Los 1) Expansion, i.e. the new construction of the environmental house (1st construction phase) and Los 2) the renovation , the conversion of the existing building (2nd construction phase). The services advertised here essentially include: lot 1, the expansion, i.e. the construction of the environmental house (1st construction phase). The performance advertised here essentially include: - control cabinets: O 3 STK control cabinet ASP with DDC O 1 STK Touch display for the operation of the GLT in the technical room O 73 Running drives for underfloor heating o approx. 1170 input/output functions of the management level O approx. 400 m weak current installation line o approx. 400 m electrical line installation o Unlocking: - Heating center - CASCADED Air -water heat pump - ventilation system room air - ventilation system kitchen - fat separator with layer thickness measurement - hygienic rinse devices of 1.
