• Description:
• Expansion, renovation and modernization of the BUND Environment House Neustadter Bay. In this procedure, the client intends to award the construction work for the timber construction work for the structural implementation of the BUND-Umwelthaus. The subject of the EU-wide award procedure is the creationan offer based on the attached list of services. The advertised services are the expansion, i.e. the new environmental center (1st construction phase). The work planning must be recorded on July 14, 2025 at the latest. The production starts for the 06.10.2025.The start of execution is planned for 01.12.2025. The completion is planned for the 20.02.2026. The duration of the work including planning and production is about 32 calendar weeks excl. 2 weeks of vacation over the turn of the year.
