Description:
The advertised services are the expansion, i.e. the new environmental building (1st construction phase). The services advertised here essentially include: - earthworks up to approx. 1.20 m depth for a base plate of approx. 700 m2 plus earth excavation for strip foundations including.Refilling the work space - manufacturing of a approx. 700 m2 WU -rehearsal concrete foundation plate, H = 50 cm, including underd hung and all -round edge of the edge, b/h = 20/56 cm - Making a reinforced concrete elevator shaft, H = approx. 11 m, wall thickness = 28 cm - production of approx. 150 m2 reinforced concrete ceilings, H = 18cm, including beams - manufacture of approx. 50 m2 reinforced concrete walls, D = 25 cm - basic pipes and floor slab including wall collar, ground extension etc. The work takes place directly on an inventory building to be maintained (2nd BA). The building may not damage the buildingbecome. The finished shell serves as a advance payment for a wood-concrete hybrid building that can be built on it later. The entire construction project is certified by the BNB. The standard "silver" approval is to be reached. All requirements resulting for the shell are in thisServices mentioned and explained.
