Description:
Expansion, renovation and modernization of the BUND Environment House Neustadter Bay. In this procedure, the client intends to award the construction work for the shell construction work for the structural implementation of the BUND-Umwelthaus. The subject of the EU-wide award procedure is the creation of a Offer based on the attached list of services.

The advertised services are the existing building, i.e. the old building of the environmental house (2nd construction phase). The services advertised here essentially include: - demolition 23,5 M ceiling beams - Demolition 30 m steel girders - Close or manufacture door and window openings - Make various masonry work in the existing - produce steel and concrete falls - Holding wooden ceilings with approx. 5.6 to steel profiles - 70 m masonry injection - 50 m2 socket sealing and socket. 50 m2 basement wall seal, outside - 205 m2 interior insulation of outer walls with mineral insulation boards made of calcium silicathydrate - 425 m2 lime cement Inner plaster Template of the work planning is on 26.11.2025. Execution is planned for November 27, 2025. Completion is planned for 04.03.2026. The duration The assembly work (excl.
