Expansion, renovation and modernization of the BUND Environment House Neustadter Bay. In this procedure, the client intends to award the construction work for room and roof competitions for the structural implementation of the BUND environmental house. The subject of the EU-wide award procedure is the creation an offer based on the attached list of services.

It is the advertised Services around the existing building, i.e. the old building of the environmental house (2nd construction phase). The services advertised here include in Essential: - 180 m2 wooden beam ceiling - Cancel and renew - 7.5 m³ timber NH C24 for roof construction - 490 m Dowlings roof truss - 1.2 m³ timber KVH C24 for slaughterhouses - 100 m Abbuebge + installation brooks - wooden frames Inner walls: - 1.7 m³ building wood C24 for interior walls/dremis - 175 m of the abbreviation and assembly interior walls/dremts Template of the work planning is on November 26, 2025. Execution is planned for 08.01.2026. Completion is planned for April 15, 2026. The duration of the assembly work (excl. Planning and production) is therefore about 16 calendar weeks.
