General planning for an extension building

The subject of the contract is the general planning for an extension to the "KGS Am Domhof" primary school.
The existing school complex comprises four buildings (components 1a, 1b, 2 and 3).
While the two-story components 1a and 1b mainly contain classrooms, the single-story component 3 houses them Administration building. In the center of the ensemble is the single-story forum (component 2),
which, among other things, houses the auditorium to is currently also used as a cafeteria during meal times. In addition, a daycare center (component 4) complements the overall ensemble on the school property (not part of the construction project).
In order to realize the planned expansion and to meet the functional requirements of the spatial program, a Feasibility study commissioned.
