Lot 18.1 - Telecommunications technology Title: Burg Stargard community center Description: GENERAL The city of Burg Stargard intends to build a community center in the center of the city, incorporating the listed former residential building Marktstr. 7 on the northeastern border of the Marketplace. On the property at Marktstr. 5, a two-story new building without a basement is to be built with a converted attic and a council chamber on the ground floor. The necessary staircase and barrier-free elevator are assigned to the new building. A spacious foyer on the ground floor and Bridge crossings on the floors above provide a connection to the existing Marktstr. building. 7. An extension at the rear of Marktstr. 7 has already been dismantled due to irreparable damage and is being replaced by a new building for the sanitary areas. The tender includes all telecommunications technology work required for the renovation of the old building at Marktstrasse 7.
