• As part of the RISE area development, the single-storey building built in 1993/94 with a gross floor area of ​​approx. 412m² is to be renovated and modernized in terms of energy efficiency. An energy consulting report dated June 25, 2023 is available for the existing building, which contains various information represents variants for energy-efficient renovation. According to this report, in addition to hydraulic balancing, the following measures are planned: replacing the heating with a heat pump, roof insulation with 16 cm insulation thickness (thermal conduction group 035, U-value: 0.20 W/m²K), the insulation of the outer walls with 12 cm insulation thickness (WLG 035) and the replacement of the windows with triple-glazed thermal insulation windows (U-value 0.9 W/m²K) and the entrance door (U-value 1.6 W/m²K). The roof was already fitted with EPS insulation in 2020 the thermal conduction group 035 of approx. 207.4 mm i.m. renovated.
