Description:
Public preliminary information according to Art. 7 Para. 2 VO (EC) No. 1370/2007 and Section 8a (2) PBefG. The Saarpfalz district intends, in accordance with Article 5 (1) VO (EC) No. 1370/2007 i. V. m. § 8a Paragraph 1 Personal Transport Act on 01.01.2027 a public service order for the city bundle of the citySt. Ingbert with the bus lines 521-526, old lines 527 and 528 as well as the bus lines 581-588, 591-593 and lines 170 and Alt N 53 to be awarded in a competitive procedure with an expected term until 31.12.2029 plus an option of an extension. According to § 8a para.2 sentence 3 i. V. m. Section 13 (2a) sentences 2 ff. These requirements are summarized in complementary documents (see Section 8a (2) sentence 5 PBefG).
